Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Tarashare (“the service”), provided by LMI Automata Labs, Manila, Philippines (“we”, “us”). By signing in you agree to them.

1. What Tarashare does

Tarashare helps a group record shared trip expenses, work out who owes whom, and record payments between members. Tarashare does not move money, hold funds, or process payments between members. Every amount shown is a calculation from what members entered, and currency conversions use published reference rates or rates you enter. Check important figures before you pay anyone.

2. Accounts

• You sign in with a Google account and must keep it secure.
• You must be at least 18, or use Tarashare with a parent or guardian’s permission.
• Anyone in a trip can add, edit and delete its expenses and payments, and every change is recorded in the trip’s history. Only add people you trust to a trip.
• You may add people who have no account (for example, parents) by name. You confirm you have their permission to record their name and trip spending.

3. Plans

• The Free plan is free. Its limits are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice.
• Pro features apply to trips owned by a Pro account. New organisers receive a 14-day Pro trial from their first trip.
• Paid subscriptions are not yet on sale. When they are, the price, billing period, renewal and refund terms will be shown before you pay, and these terms will be updated.
• If Pro ends, nothing is deleted: trips that use Pro features become read-only except for recording payments.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use Tarashare for anything unlawful, to upload content you have no right to share, to harass anyone, or to probe, overload or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter and upload. You give us permission to store and display it to the members of the trips you add it to, only to run the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Tarashare available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever shut down the service we will give at least 30 days’ notice so you can export your data.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for disputes between members about money owed. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Account settings. You remain in trips as a name only, so other members’ balances stay correct.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
